If you'd like to submit a PR we'd be happy to merge it in, adding support for these fields is on our road map for the near future.

Trying to run tests on the PR, but things are failing because it cannot talk to the gateway. Is that a separate server?

Correct, we don't currently support running all of the tests without an additional server running yet.
