@March-happy - Astra by default offers System and Google fonts. You can read more about this in this article.

Did you want to suggest us to add some Chinese fonts built in? Could you name a few? Is there any other theme which has done this, just so I can take a reference and understand this better?

Other issue about style.css - could you please elaborate? Are you using a Child theme?

I know that but Google Fonts' service is unstable in China Mainland. So I suggest that Astra adds Chinese font families built-in.

I am not using Astra Child. Only found copyright statement in style.css. Is it caused by the plugin WP Super Cache I am using?

In Chinese there are four font families that can be found on every computer (including Linux):
黑体（Hei），楷体（Kai），宋体（Song），仿宋（Fang Song）
And there is someone made the CSS before (GitHub Repo Link,Final CSS) You can see the DEMO.

Thanks for suggesting Fonts. We will try and include that CSS / support for Chinese Fonts in future release of Astra.

As for the CSS, I think it must be caused by the cache plugin. You may deactivate cache (and other plugins) temporarily and take a look.
