On the alpha branch, waves are flat. On the main branch, they're little clumps.
Neither of these is great for the experience.
What shapes might make this better?
Double or triple thickness flat waves? We can do some render and board check cheats to avoid requiring more data in the chunk. (i.e. just stretch the render and check a broader range of positions)
