bottle pours failing with "403 Forbidden" causing package installs to fail about puppet-homebrew HOT 5 CLOSED

Just did a clean install of 10.9.2 today using my our-boxen fork that had been prepped on a mid-2011 Mac Mini running 10.9.1 at the time. The mini has since been upgraded to 10.9.2 and boxen has no issues, but obviously nginx has already been installed.

I assume this is a bottling issue, and thus a boxen/puppet-homebrew issue. Let me know if this belongs under boxen/puppet-nginx instead.

Also now failing to install openssl because of makedepend bottle download failure. This started after nuking and reinstalling boxen.

Going to try a clean 10.9.2 install again with a stock our-boxen fork just to be sure my customizations didn't cause this.

@toolbear Your openssl issue may be the same one I just ran into setting up a fresh mavericks upgrade earlier this week: Homebrew/legacy-homebrew#27400.

I've also hit this nginx issue on this install...wishing I had never upgraded xcode / command line tools on Monday now.

Already closed, but yes, both nginx (pcre) and openssl (makedepend) installed fine on a fresh Mavericks using the patch.
