allow setting the ndk version about puppet-android HOT 6 CLOSED

You can take a look at this commit cbc2f4f

To test it, you can clone the boxen/puppet-android repo inside your /opt/boxen/repo/modules folder
To get the content of the android module inside /opt/boxen/repo/modules/android, that way when you run boxen it will use that local copy of the module.

When you get it working, you can run the tests, with this command inside the module folder scripts/cibuild, then push a PR...

I gave it a go this morning, but android has switched to using a self-extracting .bin file. So when I just changed the URL to download, the SHA1 and the ndk version it didn't get extracted correctly.

I'll probably just roll a custom module to handle it for our needs.
