Another solution would be to have the detach_when_done flag set via GUI RPC. When detaching a project with waiting tasks or results the manager could ask the user if the project should automatically detached later or right now.

At the client side it only needs a <detach_when_done>0|1</detach_when_done> within the project_detach command.

The tooltip says to click Update to report results before detaching;
I think that's sufficient.
This button should detach immediately;
if we want a deferred detach there should be a different interface

There should be a detach_when_done GUI RPC, right now the '''only''' way to do it is from an AMS.
