fetch is not defined about node-zendesk HOT 2 CLOSED

The fetch function was added in Node 17:

Added in: v17.5.0

So you won't be able to run 4.0.0 with fetch on Node 16

from node-zendesk.

@davecoffin fetch was added in v4 and we updated the package so npm should throw a warning when installing

  },

Upgrade to node 18 if you can, if that is not possible but you still want to be on the latest node-zendesk you may try using your own provided transport ( ex: https://github.com/blakmatrix/node-zendesk/blob/master/examples/optional-axios-transport.js ), or you will have to downgrade to the v3.0.3
