Same issue here.
I tried on Kali and Ubuntu.

Also the /admintools results in a 404.
I did opt for doing it the "right way" I will try clearing everything out and doing it with default/insecure passwords.

Same result on default creds.
Also tried a fresh install of ubuntu instead of Kali, same result.

Edit2: Couldn't figure it out. I started using pwndoc instead. I liked the look of writehat better, but in it's current state it is unusable. Just dropping that here for anyone else looking for something.

Looks like this was an issue with Django 3.2 specifically. Downgrading to 3.1 fixes it. Version is now pinned in requirements.txt. b5cd06d
