This PR only solves the issue for cudahashcat, libewf, truecrack and vmcloak

I'm still noticing some of the same issues on blackarch.org, maybe the site needs to be rebuilt @noptrix?

A couple of the packages I outlined in this issue still have incorrect links, here is a screenshot of truecrack in the tools list:
As you can see truecrack is in category "-gpu", which links to https://blackarch.org/-gpu.html
