VS2010 project files can be updated to VS2012 and everything works fine. For VS2013 I don't know.
You should better look for the answer here: https://bitbucket.org/premake/premake-dev
As soon as they do something about VS2012/VS2013, bgfx will welcome that for sure.

You can add vs2010 support please?
Just append this files to makefile:
vs2010-debug32:
devenv .build/projects/vs2010/bgfx.sln /Build "Debug|Win32"
vs2010-release32:

vs2010-debug64:

Premake 4.4 beta 5 just got released and has support for vs2012 and vs2013:
