I thought about it, but I'm not really sure how it would work, especially if you have a lot of queries. In my applications, I've just been adding this view partial to my layout:

I like how it's done in ZF1 debug toolbar ZFDebug I noticed they moved to Github and slightly changed appearance of the toolbar but I guess idea remains the same.

Thanks for helper. I moved call of the view script to the view helper and helper itself call in the layout
