我通过以管理员打开解决了此问题 其他人可以试试

可能是放到了需要权限才能访问的文件夹，比如系统默认的安装目录。
放到像这种 C:\Users\***\***\Genshin-Wish-Export\ 路径下就可以直接运行了，或者硬盘有分区可以不放到 C 盘，其它盘一般不需要管理员权限。
