Hi,
this is not correct. All the delayed processing does it checking IF there is a crash report pending to be processed. The initialization of the crash reporter is done in startManager.
So to make sure that crashes that happen on startup are send to the server please check the following article: http://support.hockeyapp.net/kb/how-tos-faq/how-to-handle-crashes-during-startup-on-ios
