Closed source program with a "pro version". Yea, no thanks.

No news. Try contacting the developer if you are curious and report back please if you got any answer.
Sadly there is no open source feature rich gui based dnscrypt win app like this. There is no alternative.
take a look at "yogadns" if you are ok with proprietary code.

You can try Yogadns.Yogadns should be set to be compatible with Windows 8 on a Windows 10 computer.
