Better has been totally refactored to use both the web interface and the API pretty cleanly. All that remains to do is to stop dumping raw output in the web interface. :)

This is technically done but the work is in the apiCrud branch. I'll merge this in as soon as it's safe to do so, and continue working on the API more progressively, e.g., pushing one or two endpoints at a time.
