Fixed. The patch will be included in the next release.

remote_blast_factory = Bio::Blast.remote('blastp', 'SWISS', '-e 0.0001', 'genomenet')
In GenomeNet, no database named "SWISS". "swissprot" can be used.
The "-e 0.0001" seems to be too small for the above test sequence.

Thank you for the fast patch.
I was just constructing a test case so I wasn't thinking about the choice of a proper evalue.
If there is no database named "SWISS" in GenomeNet, you should probably modify the example in the documentation accordingly to avoid confusion: http://bioruby.open-bio.org/rdoc/classes/Bio/Blast.html
