I'm not interested in using github that much, sadly. If you don't want to merge the patch, I understand.

You already have an account with Github. All you have to do is clone this project and push your changes to it. There is no central repo for Git so you can just move the changes around. That is probably easier than creating a diff.

The advantage of a pull request is that it can be reviewed, and the automated testing will check the code in the PR.
