建议用ffmpeg拆帧，超图片，再ffmpeg压制

转出来的视频画面变得很快，请问应该改哪里的参数？ 另外建议音频不用转码，直接复制原来的音轨。

@miro0001 可以尝试下先convert成mov格式再scale。我和你遇到了同样的问题，通过这个办法解决了。output我也是用的mov，然后再修改分辨率后convert成其它格式的。mov更适合进行编辑。

这个对非整帧率支持很差,比如23.976的,视频会出现音画不同步的现象,大概一小时的视频流短了0.几秒
