Regarding Spanish bad word list (badwords.py) about data_tooling HOT 2 CLOSED

I share the concerns for this list (at least for French, some words are likely not really bad). To mitigate, they are used to check if a sentence has "too much of it" (ie ratio of bad words above threshold).

But still, I wonder where does this list come from and it probably will need to be reviewed.

I took a random list from the internet just to make the code working, but what would be good is to gather several lists for each language and take the intersection.
