参考文献的人名应该只有首字母大写 about buaathesis HOT 9 CLOSED

关于"参考文献"这部分的doc我正在写，如果你看了@huxuan 所贴的网址里的一个pdf文档的话，可以再在每个条目里添加一个域“normalauthor”,这样的话输出就会是首字母大写的。

而且有一些条目，比如书籍等，需要加个域“publisher”和“address”，否则会出现[S:N],[s:n]或[出版地不详] [出版者不详] 这样的字样。

与#115 (comment) 所描述的类似，此处的“主要责任者或其他责任者”，在GBT7714-2005里，对于欧美著者，此标准的著录细则的示例给出的为大写，所以我认为此处的对于author域的更改也可能是略显多余？所以原 .bst 的作者将此域留出来，由user来选择。
