我觉得代码要开源就像国家要开放，一是让自己走出去，二是引进技术和竞争，两者都能够让自己更快进步。国内（尤其一线城市）培训班也非常多，水平如何我不太清楚因为没上过，但国内也有很多人坚持做教程之类的（虽然有些会适当付费订阅）或者分享技术文章。

无论如何，对po抱支持态度。
