Choosing a testing framework for the scheduling algorithms about schedulingsimulation HOT 4 OPEN

I had started to work on this some time ago, for this ticket, I wouldn't add test cases for all the algorithms, just a setup and a skeleton using unittest, and a few basic tests that are required.

This could be good first strat actually will give an idea into how the components designed

I would say this is not a good first issue, since currently there is no testing done. Maybe once we have a setup for testing, adding the test cases for algorithms can be a good first issue. Thoughts?

Then again that test environment would never interfere with actual application so, i would say anyone can give it a try there is nothing to mess up there. And continue creating test cases for it
