require() inside an included file from service started by alarmmanager throws error about bencoding.alarmmanager HOT 2 CLOSED

This seems to be an issue with Titanium itself not, the module.

My only guess on what might be happening is that Ti.include is unable to find the path. You might want to do something like:

var f = Titanium.Filesystem.getFile(Titanium.Filesystem.resourcesDirectory, 'my.js');
Ti.include(f.nativePath);

A few other comments:
a) I would avoid calling the file include.js
b) I believe Ti.include has been deprecated, so would avoid using it if possible.

Thanks a lot for the confirmation and suggestions. We will explore ways of avoiding Ti.include() but in the mean time, I've filed a bug in titanium
