GTK+ header bar support about toga HOT 3 CLOSED

Thanks for the report.

The odd spacing on the GTK toolbar is a function of a bug in the layout algorithm.

I was aware of the existence of HeaderBar, but given that it was added in GTK 3.10, I wasn't sure if it was widely used or encouraged as a device (it isn't available at all on Ubuntu 12.04, which is what I've been using to date for my Ubuntu testing).

If HeaderBar is the preferred mechanism for "easy access app-level commands", then a change is definitely called for, since "The Toga Way" is to use native-appropriate widgets.

I guess the best thing to do then is check the GTK version and fall back
to the non-HeaderBar version if needed. Another possibility is to fall
back to what Transmission-GTK[1] does (I have no clue what to call it).
