Found conflicts looking for incompatible packages about abyss HOT 3 CLOSED

Thanks for the report. We haven't had any other reports of issues with installing ABySS via conda, so I'm not too sure why you're seeing this error.
Just so we have all the information, could you provide the commands and full logs from each command that you ran (from creating the conda environment to installing ABySS, with the full log outputs)? Feel free to attach the log as a file here or use a gist if it's easier.

Conda environments come with some preinstalled packages, like a Python interpreter. It's possible that, for whatever reason, the Python version is incompatible with ABySS' dependencies. I'd inspect the installed packages in a fresh environment.
