Verify - Correction of Owner in output doesn't show who was removed, and shows location info as corrected when it wasn't about entity HOT 3 CLOSED

Item 1: I believe the example follows the UX design.
Item 2: the changes for the EXRE home re-registration fixed the location incorrectly included in the report. Example of an owner only change from TEST is attached below.

@doug-lovett that's great that item 2 was corrected via the EXRE work!

For Item 1, the issue from this example is that both the old and the new information is shown in the output, we should only be showing the new current state of the sections that were changed. So here we see a sole owner with two owners listed - one old, one new. I'll adjust the expected results in the description for better clarity.
