Also verify that the following work:
- handle Undo (go from results mode to initial mode and clear out any data)
- store data in store object
- save and resume data in filing
- verify component reloads data from draft
- add unit tests for new code

I implemented most of the validations and logic fixes in #21138, so I reduced the estimate for this ticket accordingly.
