As it turns out, the Namex API change in #15338 takes the basic NR data (ie, MVE for a BC):

... and returns a filled-in draft NR, which contains the updated legal type (CBEN) and request type code (BECT):

However, I did find an enum and some common string/type conversions that needed to be updated, though I'm not sure they're used. For example (as above), if I create a Cont In NR for a BC Benefit Company, then as far as Namerequest UI is concerned, it should look like a new BC Benefit Company. The only thing different is that Legal Type, which is used by LEAR, in this case will be "CBEN".
