@arlentees there's some decisions to be made on how to tackle this work. From the summary These restrictions for Transport Permit are for non-staff. The top priority right now is completing the staff work to have that ready and released Feb 1st. Non-staff flows wouldn't generally go out until a month or more after we have a staff release. We have a story on the board for Request Transport Permit (https://app.zenhub.com/workspaces/assets-team-space-new-655515cb02e714000e74f9f3/issues/gh/bcgov/entity/18562). I'd be inclined to update that story title to specify staff, and then under the Relocate a Manufactured Home epic (8331) I would add a new story for Transport Permit restrictions and attach this ticket. For grooming it'd be good to groom this and correction before Tracey leaves. That might mean using pre-grooming next week to finish off anything outstanding.
