I don't know whether MRAS_SVC_URL is a Registry URL or an external URL. I also don't know what auth is needed around this.

Update: the MRAS Service URL, in Dev, is https://dev.mrasservice.com. I am still trying to figure out who looks after this service (may be Citz legacy team or federal government team). As our MRAS interface is currently broken in Prod, Steven Chen is investigating it. Possible other contacts include Michael Kagis and Thayne Werdal.

NOTE: According to Darci Denis (our MRAS expert), we do not have MRAS functionality in Dev environment.

However, I think we can probably have our Dev MRAS search point to the Test MRAS endpoint...? (After all, the MRAS lookup is for a business that isn't in our system yet, so there should be cross-talk between Dev and Test LEAR.)

Since MRAS api call need an api key (not open for public) option 3 cannot be considered.

Looks like mras endpoint in namex doesn't require authentication (not sure why?). There is an another option to call namex-api mras endpoint from UI directly. In this way we don't need to implement anything on legal-api
