what happened to 18.2.3?

An early build of this release was accidentally exposed and packaged as 18.2.3 by the Debian project in April. That 18.2.3 release should not be used. The official release was re-tagged as v18.2.4 to avoidfurther [sic] confusion.

No extra test failures, or really much in the way of issues with this one. Only surprising thing is the upstream still has not backported ceph/ceph@9ee47b0 which completely breaks the lvm activate flow of ceph-volume, so we couldn't drop acc985a entirely
from aur-ceph.
