Hi @giorgio79,
This is likely an issue with Firebase Crashlytics. The Android and iOS implementations throw the exact same error, which is likely confusing Crashlytics when grouping the exceptions from different devices. This could potentially be caused by a misconfiguration of Crashlytics, but could also be caused by some of Crashlytics' tooling.
I checked the source code of the plugin. Apart from the documentation issue that you mentioned, there is no mention of GeocodingIOS anywhere in the Android or Dart code. I am assuming the crashes Geocoding.placemarkFromCoordinates are mislabeled by Crashlytics because of the grouping issue.
