Looks like a legit bug. Older IE versions do not support indexOf on arrays.

return ba.types.indexOf(type) >= 0;

We're definitely using it on an array. It looks like IE supports toString on arrays so the simplest fix may be to do ba.types.toString().indexOf(type) >= 0; which is going to give the same result provided you do not pass in anything like "gs,chec" as the type.

I have changed this to no longer use indexOf, hopefully ie has support for .exec 😉
