赞同取消同步写和 pooled 的方式，建议实现 Java 版本的 multi 连接方式。

1、channel的获取确实是应该移到序列化之后发送之前获取比较好。
2、发送时不同步等待，会有问题，我之前试过；所以定时器也要放到发送数据之前生成。
3、定时器不希望占用IO线程。
4、multi连接方式可以添加，作为连接方式的一个补充，而不是替代。
