Add install procedure about zfs-prune-snapshots HOT 2 OPEN

This is a bash script. No installation needed in the traditional sense.
IMHO something like this would be suited for /sbin in Linux or FreeBSD. (/usr/sbin may be a better choice in FreeBSD)
Doesn't really matter where the script lives as long as it's somewhere in your $PATH or you specify the full path/to/the/script when using it.

In order to install,

echo $PATH

Select the dir that suits you; for Proxmox it can be /usr/local/bin, for example

Copy the executable in ASCII (use any text editor), then

nano zfs-prune-snapshots

Paste the contents

chmod +x zfs-prune-snapshots

Should be all set. Once again, thanks for this project!
