Added a bit of CSS to fix the cover image being stretched
from bookworm.
In my tests, covers are showing vastly differently depending on book. Some are stretched, some are clipped, and some are very small.
Would it be possible to make all covers display uniformly such that they are scaled to the greatest size possible given the window size without being clipped?
Practically, the usual effect would be that the cover image reaches from the top of the window to the bottom, and is fully visible.

Thanks for your tests. It will be great if you can provide the test data by attaching the ebooks to this issue, so I can work on making the cover image render more uniformly.

Maybe I could develop some test cases eventually, but copyright restrictions deter posting publicly.
