看 这里 自己部署一个gemini proxy，然后把部署好的域名填到API_BASE_URL，填好环境变量后要redeploy一下才生效

不是这样，你看一下文档的说明 ，是要在vercel上部署另外一个proxy，然后API_BASE_URL填入这个部署好的proxy的域名。
