CRAN at a frozen date (like https://packagemanager.rstudio.com/cran/__linux__/jammy/2023-01-06) useful for projects like wontrun where I don't know what the end user will install
renv with lock file: useful for projects where we know exactly which packages to use. Also, RPSM provides binaries for Linux (so useful for Docker), but it's possible to use CRAN as well (older packages get downloaded from the archives if necessary) however packages get compiled
from rap4all.
DRY: not just for functions, but also for comments. don’t repeat in comments what the code is already doing if it’s obvious
from rap4all.
