@julealgon this is the central repo for the Azure App Configuration service. It doesn't focus on a particular client library. It's mainly for customers to report issues and share feedback about the service in all aspect. Please check out the README of this repo.

To get updates of Azure App Configuration, please subscribe to the Announcement repo: https://github.com/Azure/AppConfiguration-Announcements.

If you are interested in the releases of a particular library, please subscribe to the releases of corresponding repos. You can find the list of repos under the Client Libraries section.

That's on me... I got confused between this repo and the AppConfiguration-DotnetProvider one, because I saw a new release of 7.2.0 when searching for packages on my solution, but had no releases pushed and thus no notifications from that repo. I then followed the link from the package here:

And (incorrectly for me) landed on this repository, which didn't have releases enabled.

I see now that the repo link points to the specific repository though:

My apologies for this confusion.

I had no idea that repository existed, as I hadn't actually checked the readme here (I was thinking it was the provider repo). Thanks for that.

Yep, that makes sense.

I will say though, that this setup you guys created, feels a bit convoluted to me (and unintuitive). For instance, I don't see a need for a separate "announcements" repo if we already have this central one here. But I digress.

Regardless, my request, as I specified it, really doesn't make much sense here since you already have the releases on individual repos. I'm closing this.

Just to clarify in case anyone comes across this thread in the future and has a similar question. There is a lot of traffic in this repo (PRs, issues, discussions etc.). The announcement repo is set up, so subscribers will only receive notifications of product announcements and updates about Azure App Configuration. They won't be overwhelmed by other messages that they may not be interested in.
