@Yonet - It seems you are preparing changes for the issue. For the yarn error, I think we can address it by adding yarn as a requirement (e.g., npm install --global yarn) in ReadMe.

Confirm installing yarn globally resolve the yarn error. However, got another error about .zip path. We might have bug related to file path in the code.
Note: In my env, app-zipdeploy.zip file is under <repo_root>\package instead of C:\Windows\System32\package

@nicholasdbrady I notice this symptom after I added Connect-AzAccount in the script. The shell becomes not responsive due to it prompt a page in browser for login. Could you please check your browser to see if it’s the same situation?
