こういうのどうだろ。
- 複数のRequestをPromise.allで束ねたもの
- Cancel(Promise.reject)にDelayを合成したもの
- それぞれをPromise.raceで走らせる
- onFulfilledの時はリクエスト成功
- onRejectedの時はリクエストがキャンセル(タイムアウト)した
という感じのケース
