Up Slow value in a mixer line is not executed when Up Delay value is not 0 about er9x HOT 4 CLOSED

I see it.
The delay is proving to be one of the most difficult issues.

Actually it was working very well in r28, despite the different time units for 
speed and delay values.
Instead of changing the speed values to seconds, maybe it would be easier to go 
back to the r28 code, and make the delay use the same values that existed for 
the speed ?

It may be easier but it won't be better.
The code in r29 is much much better.   Don't worry, I'll sort it out!
