Please export() the CMake targets and add include directories to them about aws-sdk-cpp HOT 5 CLOSED

It should suffice to add the following command to set every module's includes to take care of the include directories problem:

target_include_directories(aws-cpp-sdk-something PUBLIC
    $<BUILD_INTERFACE:${CMAKE_CURRENT_SOURCE_DIR}/include>
    $<INSTALL_INTERFACE:include>
    PRIVATE src)   # Only if you have private headers

I just pushed an update for this. Could you have a look and let me know if that works for you?
Also, I haven't added header file paths yet, would you still prefer the solution you posted to that before?

Thank you for your advice on this. I just pushed an implementation and I am very happy with how this turned out. Build script will look like cmake -Daws-sdk-cpp_DIR=./aws-sdk-cpp/build
