@stealthycoin Any idea why numpy fails on Py37 even though there is a wheel already for it?

I wanted the integration test to verify that the Lambda Builder library runs on Python 3.7, but it actually tried to create a Lambda package for Python 3.7 (which isn't supported in Lambda). This is not what I want. We should implement #11 and fail the integration test if it is using a Python executable that doesn't match the Lambda function's runtime.

You could probably also have the workflow state explicitly the versions of python that it supports. That way the workflow runner never selects it in the first place and raises an error.
