Can not create stack in us-east-1 about webauthn-with-amazon-cognito HOT 3 CLOSED

hi @hideokamoto - if you want to run the template in another region other than us-west-2 you need to download the lambda packages and host them in a bucket in the region where you want to create the stack. you need to update the template to read from the newly created s3 bucket. I'll make sure to update the readme with some instructions.
