Actually just had the same experience on an Approve button. Not specific to Spam button.

Yeah, if it is what I'm thinking it is it will unfortunately effect ALL
buttons. I'm thinking when I was renaming some stuff while working on Slash
Commands that I may have not done the search/replace quite right. A silly
mistake that will be a quick fix if that's what happened.

Actually I think when I re-linked the Slack app, it might have removed all your defined redirect URIs. That's probably it. They appear to be all gone.

I figured it out. Turns out while I was renaming some things within the codebase for the WP REST API stuff I forgot to fix the URL the Slack App pointed to for Interactive Messages. That is fixed now

You will need to re-auth it under your account for your #testing channel to work again
