Getting memory error while memory is free about featurewiz HOT 4 CLOSED

I don't know where the memory problems are coming from. I would like you to put an

import pdb
...
pdb.set_trace()

statement in your version of featurewiz and trouble shoot the problem. Since I don't have access to your data, I am not able to pinpoint the problem.

Can you please try the above and let me know what you find. It will be very helpful.

I very much appreciate it if you debug that. I'm new to pdb.

I run featurewiz on Google Colab with GPU with this:

train, test = train_test_split(data, test_size=0.15,)
featurewiz(train, "target", corr_limit = 0.70,verbose=1, test_data=test, category_encoders='')

from featurewiz.

I tried testing it with my version and it seems to work fine.

Can you please upgrade to the latest version and try again:

pip install featurewiz --upgrade --ignore-installed --no-deps

from featurewiz.
