Rework Binding/Ref/Call/Listener and/or deprecate BindingMode about aurelia HOT 3 CLOSED

For perf, I think this would fall into setup startup perf improvement, which I think needs to be considered after the runtime perf. Though I don't see any change that would affect runtime perf in a bad way from this

I think we should avoid merging all this into BindingFlags. I'm worried about that becoming a dumping ground for everything. It seems to me that things like ref, call, binding, etc. are of a different nature than the binding flags (at least from their intent). I'd be interested in seeing IBindingCommand as an explicit concept.
