Remove any gcc related build flags from your configurations. Build system behaves strangely when any gcc build flags are used with clang.

Interestingly, this works for me.... but generally the problem was caused by #48

@saper, Thanks for reporting this but in light of our recent work to make it possible to build ksh with Meson I don't think we want to expend any effort fixing problems with the Nmake tool chain. It's true that at the moment the Meson build config relies on iffe but we'll be removing that dependency as quickly as possible.
