Files/directories sorted in the tree view about tree-view HOT 5 CLOSED

I did a little research, and it looks like the tree-view code is depending on the order that's returned by atom.Directory.getEntriesSync1 function. There doesn't appear to be a way to change that function's sorting behavior.

We could add a method that sorts the directory entries as they are loaded. My guess is that would best go in the Directory.reload function, which I've linked to below.

Would also like the option to sort by date. My use case is note-taking, where it is convenient to display the most recently updated notes at the top (like Notational Velocity).

@damiendr, could you please open another issue for this? The directory/file sorting functionality that seems to be the main point of this issue has been fixed.
